This assessment is used to operate and maintain the entire flood protection system.
In June 2024, the Conservancy Court voted 6-1 to increase the maintenance rate to 3.35%. The previous rate was 2.19%. Rates can be adjusted annually by the Board of Directors and are subject to approval by the Conservancy Court.
