Miami County and Montgomery County residents can find out at Test Your Well events on Nov. 13 and 14, respectively.
Bring a well-water sample and have it tested for nitrates, nitrites and iron levels. It’s free and confidential.

Monday, Nov. 13, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Miami East High School cafeteria, 3925 N. State Route 589 in Casstown. Enter door #12 with parking on the east side.

Montgomery County Test Your Well
Tuesday, Nov. 14, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Montgomery County Environmental Lab,4257 Dryden Road, in Moraine.
The first 50 attendees will receive a free confidential lead, arsenic, and manganese analysis. Bacteria and metals tests will be available for a fee. Call (937) 781-3016 for more information.
The Ohio Water Well Association will be available to answer questions about well drilling and watertreatment. Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County will be available to answer questions on private water systems and water quality.
