We measure rainfall. It helps MCD track trends and plan for the future. So far this year, the Great Miami River Watershed received 12.12 inches of precipitation which is 3.29 inches above normal average. March delivered an average of 6.35 inches of precipitation and the highest rainfall amount - 9.01 inches - was recorded at the rain gage located at Germantown Dam on Twin Creek.
