The Miami Conservancy District (MCD) is seeking competitive quotes for office furnishings including--but not limited to--desks, chairs, tables, and file storage for its Dayton Service Facility. MCD is a regional flood protection and water resource management agency protecting people and businesses along the Great Miami River in southwest Ohio. The Dayton Service Facility is the central hub for field operations, includingmaintenance of the Dayton and Huffman Dam flood protection infrastructure, maintenance of bike trails and recreational amenities, fleet management and servicing, the construction crew, surveying, and the water monitoring team. Approximately 15 full-time staff are based at the Dayton Service Facility. MCD is performing comprehensive renovation of the service facility, including construction of new office and work spaces. Our goal is to equip the offices and work space with durable, quality furnishings appropriate for the work spaces. The renovated facility will have four one-person offices, two multi-person office/workrooms, one breakroom/common area, and one copier/workroom.
