The Miami Conservancy District (MCD) Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on Thursday, Dec. 21, at MCD headquarters, 38 E. Monument Ave. in Dayton. The work session will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the board meeting at 10:30 a.m.
